I am an EMBA graduate with a background in Construction Engineering from my undergraduate studies, and I have accumulated over 30 years of experience in various areas, including general management, Expert witness work, construction management, owner’s representative roles, project management, and operations management. I also bring extensive expertise in disaster response. Over the course of my career, I have managed projects worth over 3 billion dollars in deliverables and contracts, demonstrating my ability to handle large and diverse technical project teams effectively. My skills include procurement, proposal writing, budget control, and ensuring projects meet their milestones. I take pride in building strong partnerships with owners, vendors, community members, and stakeholders. With in-depth knowledge in building and MEP design, I can manage complex projects simultaneously. Additionally, I hold the distinction of being a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional), and I bring valuable prior military experience to my work.
